Our cancellation policy

We aim to be readily available to our clients. When short-term cancellations occur, it hinders our ability to schedule time effectively and meet the needs of our clients. We ask that all appointments be cancelled within two working days prior to the day of the confirmed meeting. Cancellations made within one working day prior to the day of the confirmed meeting will be billed at a half rate. Cancellations made on same day, except in the case of an emergency, will be billed at the full rate.
