Philosophy
TRUTH is the mission of Satya Insight. We seek To help people live authentic, happy, and productive emotional and social lives in life, love, career, and sport.
The meaning of Satya
Satya is a Sanskrit word meaning truthfulness. In yoga, Satya urges us to live and speak our truth at all times—but to not cause harm to others or ourselves. Walking the path of truth is often difficult but never impossible, and by understanding what drives our personal behaviors, we can frame our actions authentically and productively.
"Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom." —Lao Tzu
Truthfulness is not always about telling—it is more often about inner strength and knowledge. Truthfulness is a form of authenticity that comes from deep within and that is a result of one’s unique personality and behavioral tendencies. Knowing your true self is a powerful and important gift—at Satya Insight, we facilitate that knowing.
Our mission
We seek to help people live authentic, aware, happy, and productive lives at home, in the workplace, and in public. This mission cannot emerge successful without willing participants who are in touch with their unique selves, who understand their unique behavior, and who seek emotionally and socially strong transformations as they travel life’s path.
How we live our philosophy
We are devoted to helping individuals understand the truth behind what makes us each unique—and how we can build stronger relationships with ourselves and with those around us. We are devoted to helping everyone live a purposeful, authentic life in both the public and private realms.
About our dragonfly symbol
The dragonfly shifts colors as it matures, symbolizing change. At Satya Insight, we believe that self-awareness comes from a solid understanding of what makes each of us unique. Personal transformation, by extension, comes from our ability to champion this understanding to joyfully lead productive lives. That’s why we chose the dragonfly as our symbol for truthful, authentic, and joyful self-transformation.
When you come across a dragonfly, what does it make you feel or think? Do you feel as if you have become lighter and more joyous? That is my goal as a personal coach—I want to help you, your children, or your team lead joyous lives through self-knowledge and leverage those self-truths to win in life, love, career, and sport.
